Brief history
The SPCA Windhoek was founded in 1949 and is a charitable organisation that aims to ensure the protection and prevention of cruelty to animals. The SPCA plays a pivotal role in rescuing and assisting maltreated, abandoned, and abused animals by providing care and treatment to animals in need.
